Golden 7 Course Description
This course is adapted for American use from Russian materials that are otherwise unavailable in English, with additional information (including a wonderful "shamanic journey") from a workshop that was done in the United States a couple of years ago. There are seven levels of meditation, each level taking from five to twenty minutes per day, depending upon the practitioner. In addition, at each level of study there are short "energy work" exercises that can be done in two or three minutes each day, and some suggestions each time for expanding the work into your life.
